Pottery Industry in Packaging

Pottery is the process of producing materials or the products by using of clay, ceramic like materials. The main purpose of using these materials for Packaging is because the durable and the hardness. and also the materials like ceramic are formed form natural stuff such as clay quartz and kaolin. Therefore we can consider this as an Eco-Friendly method of packaging. (But when if it is used high heating technologies and additional toxic compounds to the clay it doesn't seem Eco friendly.)

Ceramic materials are also included alumina, boron nitride , silicon nitride , and silicon carbide and also they fully vacuum materials if they are fully dense. The major draw back of the ceramic is more expensiveness of forming large shapes while packaging. And also there are micro cracks can be seen on the surface of the ceramics and therefore these micro cracks reduce the strength of the Ceramic material. This is caused to contaminate the surface of the ceramic and inside too.

When we are considering about using ceramic as the packaging material for food it stimulates some risks to the consumer. Because of using of the heavy materials while the producing of the ceramic products.Lead and Cadmium are the major concern heavy materials. By today Yogurts, desserts, cheese, ready meals, sauces or ice creams use Ceramic containers as there packaging material.

Sometimes people tending to buying ceramic packed food because of secondary usage of the package as pots or for something like that. duet to the durability of the ceramic and clay packages those can be kept more time period, some countries and regions or some areas are using these type of packing materials as traditional or to show there uniqueness.

Global Warming changes Sea Levels?

Global warming is happened due to higher emissions of green house gases such as CO2, CH4 etc, and other heat generation tasks. The huge concentration of GHG cause to trap the heat inside the earth atmosphere. Sun rays are coming to the atmosphere through the layers of the Atmosphere and they are trapped uder the nearest layer of the atmosphere tothe earth. The frequency of those outgoing rays are decreases than the rays which are coming that is the reason why rays are trapped inside the layer of atmosphere. Therefore the heat is trapped also. This process is wanted to maintain the normal temperature of the earth and if it is not happen the earth’s temperature can be decreased -15 to -18 degrees of celsius. Above process is called Green house Effect. But by now this process is being happened more than expected level due to the higher emission of Green House Gases through auto mobiles and other machineries. Then the heat is trapped more and more, it affects on increasing global wa...

Wind energy better than Solar energy ?

Wind energy producing process Wind turbines can be classified into two types according to the axis, one type is called Horizontal axis wind turbines and other is Vertical axis wind turbine. Horizontal  type is the major type that comes to our mind when we imagine a wind turbine. It has an horizontal axis which is parallel to the ground, and it is connected with blades ( mostly three blades). When the wind blowing towards the blades the blades are moving and the all blades are join together by the rotor and the Rotor coupled with the shaft and there are two shafts one is low speed shaft and other is hight speed shaft these shafts are connected or coupled by gears. Eventually these high speed shaft coupled with the generator which generates Electricity. This type is the most commercialized wind turbine due to high efficiency. The other type is known as vertical axis, and it is less complex and also cheap as same as lower efficiency, therefore it is not much commercializ...

Irradiation Food 😲

Food irradiation is a processing and conservation technique with results similar to freezing or pasteurization. During this procedure, the food is exposed to ionizing or radiation doses. At low doses, irradiation prolongs the life of the product. This process kills insects, molds, bacteria and other harmful microorganisms in high doses. Food irradiation is a safe and effective processing method for the last five years. Food irradiation has been approved in 40 countries, including Australia, the US, Japan, China, France and Holland. Currently, only bs herbs and spices, bal plants and some tropical fruits have been approved by the FSANZ Food Standards Australia (FSANZ) for irrigation in accordance with the FSANZ Food Standards Code of Australia and New Zealand. For each of these, FSANZ has confirmed that there are no safety issues and significant nutritional changes due to food irradiation. Consumers can make a conscious choice by clearly labeling irradiated foods. Irradiated food...
