Plant vs Animal Proteins

Protein is an essential part of the diet and , it can be taken from either plant source or animal source. Two types of proteins are there and those are plant based proteins and animal based proteins. Protein will help to maintain the body in balanced and helps to keep body in many ways too. I helps to build ,repair tissues and also it also helps to maintain body structure.
According to the proteins there are 22 types of amino acids Those amino acids help to build the protein. Protein will be broken down in to amino acid and it is the smallest unit of the protein. There are nine amino acids which cannot be fulfilled from the inside of the body and those are to be taken from the outside of the body.
One of the main differences between plant and animal proteins involves their amino acid contents.
.Some animal products are complete sources of protein, such as:
  • Fish
  • Various types of eggs
  • Dairy products, such as cheese, milk, and whey
  • Red meat from cows, bison, and deer
  • Poultry from sources such as chickens, turkeys and quails
  • Meat from less common sources

Vegetarians have to get those proteins from the plant based materials and there are less number of complete protein sources in plant materials. Even though there are some antioxidants present in plant material proteins which are absence in animal food. Example is Phytonutrients. Any protein gets longer time to digest.
Plan material protein rich in ,
  • Orioties
  • Grains
  •  Nuts
  • Legumes
  • Soy
  • Hemp

Animal products contain saturated fat and higher levels of cholesterol than sources of plant protein. A person may wish to avoid animal products for these reasons.Certain sources of animal protein can contain high levels of heme iron and vitamins B-12, while some plant-based foods lack these nutrients.Adverse effects associated with long-term, high-protein diets may include bone and calcium balance disorders, risk of cancer, liver damage, and worsening of coronary artery disease. ... Excessive intake of animal protein can cause high blood pressure and lead to a significant increase in kidney function.
And also Fiber can be seen in plant food and these fiber necessary to keep body in healthy and wealthy. Fiber will clean the body inside and also one of  main problems of animal based food  cardiovascular disease increasing.
Meat, eggs and vegetables are easy to breakdown and absorb to the human body. Therefore these kind of are used in sports like athlete and body building.

But the green is not only about clean, it is related more deeper than clean. if Some thing green and it doesnt mean clean. Environmental friendly things are more green, when we consider a product if it is used eco-friendly method of production it can be considered as a green product simply although not clean. Solar, wind, Nuclear, Geothermal, Todal are some examples for green energies, which are related to renewable energy catagery. Non-renewable energies are not green energies. Fossil fuels, Natural gases etc: are the examples for non renewable energies. Imagine about the Nissan leaf car and it is introduced as an eco friendly car. But this car is not 100% green car sometimes. it depends on the major method of power generation of th

Irradiation Food 😲

Food irradiation is a processing and conservation technique with results similar to freezing or pasteurization. During this procedure, the food is exposed to ionizing or radiation doses. At low doses, irradiation prolongs the life of the product. This process kills insects, molds, bacteria and other harmful microorganisms in high doses. Food irradiation is a safe and effective processing method for the last five years. Food irradiation has been approved in 40 countries, including Australia, the US, Japan, China, France and Holland. Currently, only bs herbs and spices, bal plants and some tropical fruits have been approved by the FSANZ Food Standards Australia (FSANZ) for irrigation in accordance with the FSANZ Food Standards Code of Australia and New Zealand. For each of these, FSANZ has confirmed that there are no safety issues and significant nutritional changes due to food irradiation. Consumers can make a conscious choice by clearly labeling irradiated foods. Irradiated food
